product request form. For sizes not currently listed on the site, use the
special order form.
At this time Metal Shop does not accept returns, but only exchanges for the purchase of our product as long as the product has not been worn, washed, soiled or otherwise is no longer in original, new condition. For exchanges you must contact us within 10 days of the original ship date and the item must be returned to us within 30 days of the original ship date. In the event of exchanges the customer agrees to pay return shipping charges. In the case there is a defect in our product we will exchange the product for one with no defect and cover the cost of shipping. (Please note: Metal Shop Kid's Line is silkscreened by hand so variances in the silkscreen prints are not considered defects). Metal Shop takes care to provide only quality products that have been quality checked before being made available to the public. If the need arises, please
contact us. Exchanges must be returned by UPS or insured mail or they will be refused.

Orders placed on this site are sent securely through PayPal shopping cart.
We will ship international orders, however the shipping charges will need to be manually adjusted. If you'd like to place an international order contact us at info(at)metalshopclothing.com with the following:
Details: t-shirt name, size, color (if applicable) and quantity
Your Shipping Address
We will then send you an invoice via PayPal where you can pay securely online.
We ship orders First Class Certified Mail through the US Postal Service. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to ship. Our new lines are screenprinted in house and although we don't anticipate it taking a full 7-10 days, we are a small two person business and would like to allow ourselves the extra time.
